Not only am I obsessed with studying health and fitness, but I’ll happily talk your ear off about why I think Doritos belong on a PB&J anytime. I take a personalized approach to coaching and training, lending my knowledge and skill to you.

Meet Ms. New Booty Fitness Owner & Founder

Hey there, I’m Darla McCarty. A wife, mother, and a women's weight loss and body transformation expert based out of Colorado Springs. I’ve trained hundreds of women over the past 14 years.

It all began with my own body transformation journey back in 2010 and then again in 2015 (after each baby), right after weighing in at 170 pounds after my last baby.

I was in the thick of those sleep-deprived, overwhelmed postpartum months, and desperately trying to establish a new normal for our family. Within the first month after I delivered, I managed to lose 22 pounds using a structured meal plan. I was anxious to get the “all clear” to start working out again, but it wasn’t until I saw a picture of myself that I finally realized I needed to make a lifestyle change. Raise your hand if you know all too well that “pictures speak louder than words.”

Like so many women I work with, I wasn’t happy with how my body looked or felt (sluggish and tired with lower back pain). I took action and out of my own journey, Ms. New Booty Fitness was born.

I offer individualized, evidence-based fitness and nutrition programming to help goal-oriented women finally experience the increased self-confidence, improved body composition, and enhanced overall health they’ve been dreaming about.

Meet Ms. New Booty's Coaches

Isaac Vela

Isaac helps women eat better and move better to lose inches and feel strong and confident by improving daily eating habits and movement patterns. 

Isaac's fitness journey began after he was unhappy with his weight in the 9th grade. He reached 200 lbs and was struggling to tie his shoes. He needed to make healthy lifestyle changes and so he started running and doing calisthenics. He discovered exercises and nutritional foods that worked for him and dropped to a healthy weight. Today, he truly believes fitness can positively change your life like it has changed his.

His philosophy: “Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.”
