Meet Your Coach

Hey, I’m Darla McCarty—a women’s weight loss & body transformation expert.

After having my last baby, I felt extremely overwhelmed and fatigued with very little energy to give towards a workout. I was uncomfortable in my skin and disliked how my clothes fit.

Like so many women I work with, I am familiar with starting over. Out of my own experience overcoming poor self-image, Ms. New Booty Fitness was born.

I offer individualized, science-based fitness and nutrition programming that helps goal-oriented women finally see the self-confidence, body composition, and overall health they’ve been dreaming about.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Great question! Most of us know we need to exercise and eat healthy. Many people don’t know where to start, what to do, and how often (even some of the people posting ideas online!). I will assess your current fitness level, abilities, and resources to tailor a personalized training and nutrition plan that will address your training needs and physique goals.

    For experienced exercisers and athletes, I can assist in breaking through training plateaus using progressive overload principles and advanced nutrition concepts.

  • No problem! Exercises are selected with consideration of your current fitness level, confidence, and with your goals in mind.

  • Nope! As a virtual client, exercises will be chosen based on the equipment you already own or are willing to purchase. Minimal equipment is required!

  • In your initial consultation, I will establish an appropriate timeline for each goal given your unique needs and current fitness level. It’s important to note–I prioritize health and sustainability over rapid results.

  • I will discuss your injuries and/or conditions during our initial consultation. Exercises will always be modified to best address the issue.

    If the injury or condition is one that could jeopardize the health and safety of the client, a medical clearance will be requested.

  • No way! Cardio doesn’t have to mean running. Your cardio exercises are individualized and chosen based on your goals, current fitness availability, and most importantly–what you will enjoy!

  • Absolutely! While many of my clients fall in love with the process and want to eventually compete in a physique competition, I have just as many who don’t.

  • You can 100% still make progress while traveling. I will collaborate with you prior to your travel periods to ensure you stay on track.

  • Yes, I can work with men and have in the past.
